Although he is currently a single man, Orlando Bloom has already found the love of his life.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star lovingly embraced his dog Sidi with plenty of kisses while relaxing on the beach in Malibu, California on Saturday.

During the outing, the 38-year-old actor was seen taking in the sunset accompanied by a few of his friends.

Orlando was dressed casually in a T-shirt and baggy sweat pants while walking on the sandy beach barefoot.

To complete his laid-back look, the Lord Of The Rings actor pulled back his long tresses in a bun.

He was spotted giving Sidi lots of love and petting his furry best friend.

The father-of-one rescued the black Saluki mix while on location in Africa filming Kingdom Of Heaven in 2004.

'I rescued this man in Morocco,' he told Men's Health magazine. 'He has been everywhere with me.'

In addition to taking care of his pooch, Orlando and ex-wife Miranda Kerr have a three-year-old son Flynn.

Orlando was seen taking in the sunset, casting news for the upcoming Pirates Of The Caribbean film was announced.

Skins star Kaya Scodelario was announced as the new female lead for the fifth installment in the franchise, according to producer Jerry Bruckheimer.

Although original cast members Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush have signed on to reprise their characters, Orlando has not received any confirmation of whether or not he will return to play Will Turner.

'I'm not entirely sure that [I'll be back] just yet, but there are talks,' said Orlando. 'Basically they want to reboot the whole franchise, I think, and do something with me and the relationship with my son.'

Pirates fans last saw Orlando's persona take on a new leadership position in the third sequel: 'I'm of course Davey Jones now, so I'm down the bottom of the ocean. It might be kind of fun to do something where I'm rumbling round the bottom of the ocean, because I won't look anything like me.'

Javier Bardem is set to portray the villain in the latest installment, set to be released in July 2017.
